Admission process

The admission process to Ukrainian State Universities is very simple with Ukrainian Education Department:

There are no marks/grades restrictions for any of the candidates You just need Grade 12 or Higher Secondary School Passing certificate with any grades or points.
If you have only Grade 10 then you have to go through Preparatory department.
No IELTS, TOEFL or any English test.
No age limits.

We are pleased to introduce you five steps for the admission process at any University of Ukraine:

STEP 1: APPLICATION

You can apply online. Once you find full information on our website or receive information from us via email and make a decision in which university you intend to study, you are required to provide us with the next documents by email:

Filled Application Form
Scanned copy of International Passport or ID Card (valid for 2 years minimum)
Scanned copy of Higher Secondary School Certificate (with transcripts)
Scanned copy of Bachelor/Masters diploma with transcripts. (if you apply for PG/PhD program)

After reviewing your documents, we will notify you if University accept you and provide you with Admission Confirmation Letter. This process usually takes up to 24 hours.

STEP 2: GETTING INVITATION LETTER

To get an invitation letter from any University of Ukraine, we require the following documents:

Filled Application Form
Scanned copy of International Passport (valid for 2 years minimum)
Scanned copy of School Certificate (with transcripts)
Payment slip for the Invitation Letter (400 USD plus courier charges 100 USD).

ATTENTION! Please take care that documents should be scanned properly, clearly readable and sent by email. The payment can be made through Bank Transfer, Western Union or Money Gram. Please send us the receipt of payment to for confirmation. Invitation Letters are issued by the Ministry of Education and it takes approximately 7-10 days.

STEP 3: VISA

After getting Invitation letter from Study in Ukraine limited, you should contact the nearest Consulate or Ukrainian Embassy in your country and apply for study visa. Duration of getting study visa depends on the Embassy and usually takes 1-3 weeks. STEP 4: ARRIVAL

After getting visa you should buy the ticket and inform us complete details of your arrival (the flight number, date of arrival and time) at least a week before your arrival. The representative of Study in Ukraine limited will pick you up at the airport.

ATTENTION! In case you do not inform us about your arrival and representative is not at the airport to receive you, you will be deported to the home country according to the rules and regulations of Immigration authorities of the Ukraine. We advise you to come to the city airport where university is located as it will be more convenient for you. If you face problems to find flights to your final destination city airport, you can take flight to any airport in Kiev and our representative will receive you there and assist to buy ticket to the final destination.

STEP 5: ADMISSION AND START OF CLASSES

You will be required to bring with you the original complete documents and payment receipt of complete first year expenses paid. To avoid problems during the Migration Clearance in Ukraine students are requested to pay their first-year fees before or after getting visa but before arrival in Ukraine. It is compulsory for every student to be registered at University in three working days after arrival. After arrival in Ukraine, you should submit the complete documents with the first-year expenses payment slip to International Department. Staff of International Relations office will complete the admission process and registration process in 1-3 working days and after that they will allow you to start the classes. International Office will also extend the visa from Home Office.
